This place is perfect after a long day at school! The shakes are amazing – big enough to share between 2-3 people, and we usually do! The fries are just right, and I really enjoyed my cheeseburger with bacon (though I was too excited to remember a picture!). Highly recommend for a satisfying and delicious treat!

This was my first time going to Annie's Parlour. It's a cute place with unique decorations. It's located on the second floor. There were five of us that went for lunch. The food was good! I liked the fries. Four of us ordered the chicken tender sandwich and one had the bacon cheeseburger. Everyone said they were pleased with their choice. Two of our party ordered half shakes and two ordered sodas. We ordered one large tray of fries and that was plenty for all of us to share. Our bill came to $129 including a $20 tip. That felt like a lot to spend for lunch. I feel the fries should come with the meal. That seems to be standard anywhere else I go. Although the food was good, it seemed steep in price for the amount you get. Our server was great. The place seemed very clean. Everyone was friendly. If you want a beautiful view overlooking the UofM, this is the place to come. If you're more concerned with the cost, there's probably a lot cheaper places you can find in Dinkytown where you get larger servings for less $$$.

The restaurant and atmosphere is very retro diner vibes which makes for a cute spot to grab lunch. I was very impressed by the shake, the portion was big and we split it between the two of us. As for the burger and fries, really nothing special and a bit overpriced. I wasnt really impressed by it.

So many memories have been had at this og joint in dinkytown. The fries haven't changed and still come in massive amounts. Lol. Burgers are a little over done in my opinion but I am a medium rare kinda gal. This is a u of mn staple so I hope they never go away.

My 1st time here: Annie’s has one of the best Bacon Cheeseburgers in town. That patty was no joke Their fries are top notch as well akin to Five Guys for those of you that know what I mean you will not be disappointed. I did not try one of their famous Malts/Shakes but they look awesome…next time

It’s so great to see this place back up and running. The sign board adds so much character to Dinkytown. Tried the fries, blueberry and coffee malts. Half portion of fries were more than enough for 3 people. The malts were amazing. The consistency was like ice cream. Again, very large portion size. They give you about 2 and a half times the quantity of the glass in the picture for 1 malt order. I believe they are still trying a small menu, but in the future, I would love for them to have some vegetarian and vegan foods (maybe a grilled cheese or veggie burger) which is why I am giving 4 starts for the food. Edit: They have impossible patties, but you have to ask them specifically for it. It is not on the menu.

Pretty chill place in dinkytown, it's your average burger and fries joint. They have a pretty limited menu but the fries are amazing! Huge portion-a half order will be enough for 3 people! They don't have any shakes only malts,a bit on the pricey side. $6.95 for basically anything but worth the money. Watch out for the staircase going up! It's easy to trip on >.<

The staff are lovely! I had a shake and a basket of fries. Kinda wished they had a more classic take on a shake, with the simple addition of whipped cream and a cherry on top. Nitpicky, I know. I would like to see more options on the menu in the future, or maybe improving upon what they already have. My friend did not necessarily love her chicken tenders, which is why I deducted a star. I love the venue and I am so happy to see it reopen, but I think I will wait a little while to return so some of the kinks that come with a reopen can be worked out. I think this could easily become a staple of UMN again in time.
